- Date and time of access,
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/http status code

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for drawing conclusions about you personally.
You will find more detailed explanations under sections 4 and 5 of this data protection declaration.
b) When you contact us by e-mail, the data provided by you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO will be stored by us based on your voluntary consent in order to answer your questions. We delete the personal data collected by us after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist. Insofar as retention periods under commercial and tax law must be observed, the storage period for certain data can be up to 10 years.
c) Data protection for applications and in the application process
If you use the application form provided on our site, the personal data provided by you will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling the application procedure. Processing may also take place electronically if the applicant sends the relevant documents to the person responsible in our company by electronic means, for example via the application form provided by us or by e-mail. If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the data previously transmitted will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents submitted will be automatically deleted two months after the decision of rejection has been announced, unless there are other legitimate interests of the responsible person in our company that prevent the application from being deleted. Another legitimate interest in this sense exists, for example, in connection with the burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
3. Passing on of data
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.
We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
you have given your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO,
the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,
if a legal obligation exists for the transfer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and
this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Like many other websites, we also use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. This automatically provides us with certain data such as IP address, browser used, operating system via your computer and your connection to the Internet.
Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. Based on the information contained in cookies, we can make navigation easier for you and enable the correct display of our web pages.
Under no circumstances will the data we collect be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.
5. Use of Google Analytics (with anonymization function)
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (following: Google). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymizations on these websites, your IP address will previously be reduced by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide the website operator with further services associated with website use and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
In addition or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can prevent tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking this link. An opt-out cookie is installed on your device. This will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data for this website and for this browser in future as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.
6. use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)
In order to present our contents correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font.
Calling script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. In theory, it is possible - but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes - that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.
7. Embedded YouTube videos
On some of our websites we embed YouTube videos. YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA is the operator of the corresponding plug-ins. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to Youtube servers is established. Youtube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.
If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to reckon with such cookies when viewing YouTube videos. Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the saving of cookies in your browser.
Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the provider's data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/
8. Social Media Plug-ins
For the best possible protection of your data, we do not use any social media plug-ins.
9. Using a live chat system
Mylivechat (CuteSoft Components Inc.)
This website uses technology from CuteSoft Components Inc, 198 Kennedy St West, Aurora, Ontario N L4G 2L7, Canada (www.mylivechat.com) to collect and store anonymized data for web analytics and to operate the live chat system to respond to live support requests. These anonymous data can be used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Cookies may be used for this purpose. Cookies are small text files that are stored locally in the cache of the visitor's Internet browser. The cookies enable the recognition of the Internet browser. If the information collected in this way is personal, it is processed in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO on the basis of our legitimate interest in effective customer service and statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization purposes.
The data collected with mylivechat technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website and will not be combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the separately given consent of the person concerned. To avoid the storage of mylivechat cookies, you can set your Internet browser so that cookies can no longer be stored on your computer or cookies that have already been stored will be deleted. However, deactivating all cookies may result in some functions on our Internet pages no longer being able to be executed. You can object to the collection and storage of data for the purpose of creating a pseudonymised user profile at any time with future effect by sending us your objection informally by e-mail to the e-mail address stated in the imprint.
For data transfers, the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Canada in the area of the processing of personal data in the commercial sector. The sufficient level of data protection for Canada is therefore provided for data transmission for the purpose of operating the live chat system.
10. LinkedIn Insight Tag
The LinkedIn Insight Tag enables the collection of data regarding members’ visits to your website, including the URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamp, and page views. This data is encrypted, then de-identified within seven days, and the de-identified data is deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share the personal data with the website owner, it only provides aggregated reports about the website audience and ad performance. LinkedIn also provides retargeting for website visitors, enabling the website owner to show personalized ads off its website by using this data, but without identifying the member. LinkedIn members can control the use of their personal data for advertising purposes through their account settings.

13. Data security
We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties.
